“In 2015, M&J Gourmet opened its doors to serve the Upper Perk community and we’ve grown so much in that time!,” says owner and operator, Kirstin Nice. Over the past 5 years, M&J Gourmet has continually added local items to support small local businesses like itself, and added a full health & wellness section.
“Our team has grown too, and I’m so thankful for the amazing women who support and embody our mission of serving others, supporting local business and selling high-quality products!” says Nice.
Some of our newest product offerings include Local Free Range Eggs, from a Pennsburg farm, offering balanced feed & humane treatment to their beautiful chickens, Local CBD from Wild Fox Provisions in Barto, Fraktured Hot Sauce from Gosh Run Farm in Perkiomenville, and a continually expanding supplement section.
Our Health & Wellness offerings include high-quality Vitamins, Minerals, Herbs, Essential Oils, Probiotics, Homeopathics, Aloe, Collagen, Whole Food Supplements, Organic Nuts & Seeds, and so much more!
This year, while M&J can’t celebrate with a full tasting event as they’ve done every fall in the past, they still plan to provide a fun day and special offerings for their customers!
