Out of Our Minds Art Studio is a quaint little studio nestled in the heart of beautiful downtown Macungie. The studio offers art for all ages, from adult sip and paints, children and adult art classes, birthday celebrations, character visits to even special events such as Painting with the Police, Psychic and Painting Nights, Decorate Cookies and Paint and a new class, Relax with a Massage as you paint.
There is truly something for everyone. Classes and events are geared to the experienced artist to the beginner. Prices are reasonable that include everything you need to create a beautiful piece of artwork.
During covid19 when the studio shut down, Angela decided that art might just be the answer to help children and adults through some tough times so “Art with Angela” was born. Each day she would do a free fun drawing for the children online. To keep spirits light not only would she draw but dress up as the character that was emerging from her paper. These drawing lessons attracted children from all over the U.S. and even as far as Korea, Italy, France!
The lessons caught the attention of Singulart in Paris and on line news, NowThis. For 100 days she donned costumes and drew with the children but it didn’t stop there, Angela realized that not every family was financially able to go to an art studio to take lessons so she is continuing these free online classes every Friday.
